It will all be about adapting to new scenery! For 30-year-old Dean McMaster, getting to race between the hedges, is a dream come true, for many years, the Ballymena engineer contemplated road racing, but like many others, postponed it until, what he describes as now is the right time! Following his neighbour Luke Johnston into minimoto racing, Dean has had his ups and downs in the sport, a few nasty crashes held him back, but with sheer determination and dedication, McMaster now feels, he is back on track again. Riding for the popular JMC Roofing team, Dean heads to the Cemcor Cookstown100 under no illusions, It will all be about adapting to new scenery! Despite having some great results on his superbike, Dean has decided to adopt a more cautious approach to his road race debut, and will only compete in the Supertwins and Lightweight supersort 400 races. Always well turned out, keep an eye out for Dean, #212 in both races.
