Globetrotting Aircraft mechanic, Jacque Foley, from Scariff in Co Clare, has been racing for 6 years now, only a couple of years ago, did he make his debut between the hedges at Walderstown. Foley is a hard man to catch, as his job takes him all around the world!, from Scariff to Singapore! Following his debut season, which saw him compete mostly at Mondello, Jacque ventured across the water to compete in the Thundersport Supertwins championship ( 2019), where he went on to take the championship, having taken the chequered flag first 15 times! Two years later he was back on the mainland, competing in the Ducati Tri Options cup series alongside John McGuinness and Chris Walker etc, and managing multiple point scoring finishes in this very competitive field. The following year, Jacque ventured to Spain, where he competed inthree rounds of the European Superbike championships, amongst his rivals was moto gp rider, Tito Rabat!, he managed to score points in the Stock championship, as well as a few podiums on his supertwin! Looking at the TV coverage from Cookstown, this globetrotting mechanic cannot wait to get his R6 Yamaha and Supertwin around the Orittor circuit. Jacque also hopes to take in a few BSB Supersport wildcard races, along with the Southern 100, and hopefully the Manx Grand Prix.
