2015 Race Sponsors; 600 Supersport

Motor cycle racing is a very expensive sport,and the running costs of this years KDM Hire Cookstown 100, will probably be over 100k plus! Unfortunately, to the ordinary spectator, they dont fully understand the running costs of the event,and with out the Race Sponsors,the chances are, there wouldnt be a Cookstown 100. Over the next few pages,you can read about the various Race sponsors, their trade,and maybe sometime,give them some support in return for helping the running of the Cookstown 100

Mid-Ulster District Council is a local authority that was established on 1 April 2015. It replaced Cookstown District Council, Dungannon and South Tyrone . Straddling two counties and stretching from Swatragh in the north to Fivemiletown in the south, the Mid Ulster District covers an area of 1714 km² with a population of more than 140,000, living in a mix of urban and rural communities.

40 Councillors are elected in 7 District Electoral Areas (DEAs)

Dungannon, Carntogher, Clogher Valley, Cookstown, Magherafelt, Moyola and Torrent.

The Council took responsibility for the services of 3 former Councils – Cookstown District Council, Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council and Magherafelt District Council – as well as a range of new services, on 1 April 2015.
