Lawson, Hoping for better luck in 2015

2014 Manx Grand Prix winner, Andy Lawson returns to the KDM Cookstown 100, where he hopes to have better luck than he had last year!  A double winner at the KDM Cookstown 100 in 2013, Lawson, another of the many Scottish riders contesting this years event, had all sorts of problems even before he got to the ferry for the 2014 meeting!.With a result, he had managed to borrow a Suzuki for the Supertwins race, despite the bike being a standard version, Lawson finished 13th.

No doubt, the 24 year old Electrical engineer will be hoping for better luck this year, when he rides Kawasaki machinery in Shirlaw Motorcycle colours, in the Supertwins, 600 Supersport and 1000 classes.

The Arbroath rider, will also have an outing in the 350 classic race, where he will be riding the Easy Air Conditioning 350 Honda.

This will be Andys  9th season in racing, and he has being Scottish champion, and also Champion  in the competitive Thundersports series.

He has being competing on the roads for six years now, and has also three Manx Grand Prix podiums to his credit
